Hello everyone, this is Rohit Pandit.

 

I call myself a global citizen, given the various countries I have lived in. However, of them all the continent of Africa has always been special and very close to my heart. Not only did she give me my bread butter and jam, but also helped me pursue my love for the wildlife and evolve as a good photographer!

 

A decade in the mesmerizing and beautiful land of Africa, equipped with a Canon 5D, a Canon 7D and a BMW 1200 GSA have given me lots and lots of memories, moments and adventure stories!  I always wanted to write a blog, document and archive the stories and memories of Africa, stories that I have heard, stories that I have seen and stories that I have been a part of! I also wish to show you the world of Africa through my eyes, or rather through my lens!

Africa in all her beauty has never stopped mesmerizing me, she keeps beckoning me back to her again and again. Maybe it is her spirit that finally has got me down to writing the blog and updating this website regularly. Over a decade of covering almost the entire Africa, I do have tons & tons of photos and videos. Given the limitations of the website I have tried to upload the best of my works here. So, let us begin and allow me take you to the blessed and mesmerising land of Africa through my experiences and stories!
